Akala ko last ko na to but by the looks of it (sa lahat ng bar na tinake ko this is the hardest. I think I can validly comment here kasi fifthfluencer na ako sa bar). But for a change I want to mention the lil things
Kainggit nmn yung mga sinasalubong, sinusundo sa last day ng bar. Pang ilan ko na ito di ko pa na experience. Ramdam ko yung saya & gano ka proud yung mga loved ones nila. Mas na feel ko yun dito sa Bar site na ito compared sa mga nakaraan kasi dito very intimate ang atake.
Kinakabahan ako para bukas huhuhu wala ako maalala maski isa 9pm na magstart palang ako sa Ethics. I am panic! 🙀

Anong status ng nag re-appear na spouse declared presumptive dead na ayaw na niya paki alaman ung dating asawa niya na may bago ng asawa. Further, required ba na mag file ng affidavit of re-appearance para bumalik ako sa dating buhay ko (except balikan ung asawa ko)?
Grabe hindi ko alam kung anong nangyari sa poli mag time na may more than 5 pa ako di nasagutan. Naiyak na ako. Buti nag 20mins extension. Naglagay lagay na ako for the sake na walang blank. Di ko alam anong nangyari!

Just finished my pre-week lecture sa Rem: this is applicable if the evidence is being offered as an object evi but not if docu evi, tama po ba ang understanding ko?
Under the amended Rules on Evidence, when the document being offered is a photocopy (duplicate), the proponent is no longer required to establish the exceptions to the Original Document Rule, such as proving that the original has been lost or destroyed. Neither is the proponent required, as a general rule, to produce the original document. This is because a photocopy is admissible to the same extent as the original.
Thus, for evidentiary purposes, a photocopy is treated as equivalent to the original unless: (1) a genuine question is raised regarding the authenticity of the original; or (2) under the circumstances, it would be unjust or inequitable to admit the duplicate in lieu of the original.
Accordingly, the default rule under the amended Rules on Evidence is that a duplicate (photocopy) is admissible to the same extent as the original, subject only to these two exceptions.
