Before Axis, our HFT trading firm was the yield source for many defi yield protocols/earn products out there. Most of them took a huge spread and only passed on 6-8% (out of like 15-20%). There’s no middle man now 🫶

Venues are graded A–D. Exposure caps fall with the grade: 30% of AUM for A, 20% for B, 10% for C and <1% for D. A >10% reserve drawdown within 24 hours triggers an immediate cut to 50% of current exposure. Continued deterioration means exit.

Market-neutral describes the trade, not the risk. The real test is whether asset selection, venue limits and exit triggers are defined before capital moves. More on Axis’ risk management coming this Thursday.
