We're using AI the wrong way.
The real opportunity isn't just making people 10x more productive. It's reimagining how entire organizations operate.
Spoke with @RajShamani on Figuring Out about AI transformation, @Avataar and what comes next.

During a conversation with Raj Shamani (@rajshamani) on Figuring Out, Sravanth Aluru, CEO and co-founder of Avataar ai, shared a lesson he learned the hard way: expect progress to take longer than you think, but never underestimate what you can achieve in the long run.
👉🏼 Lower Your Expectations, Not Your Ambitions
Sravanth Aluru explained that people often overestimate what they can accomplish in two years while underestimating how far they can go in ten. He said becoming an expert in an industry took him a decade, emphasising that meaningful progress requires patience and sustained effort.
His advice to young founders is to set realistic expectations for the near future while keeping ambitious goals for the long term. If you think something will take two years, be prepared for it to take five and remember that a decade of consistent work could take you further than you imagined.
👉🏼 The Logical Indian’s Perspective
In a world that often celebrates overnight success, it is easy to become discouraged when results take time. Setting realistic timelines while holding on to long-term ambition can help people stay committed without mistaking slow progress for failure.
Are you more focused on achieving quick results or building something meaningful over the long term?

Every large enterprise uses AI. Almost none are run on it.
That gap is why the returns never show up in the P&L.
At Cypher 2026, our CEO & Co-founder @AluruSravanth shows what changes when an AI-native system runs the work, and how enterprises get there without rebuilding what they already have.
The hardest part of AI is not intelligence. It’s execution.

We released varya.avataar.ai on Friday to enable fast, high quality video generation.
Varya generates 720p video in 45 seconds on a single H200. Against a 50-step Wan 2.2 baseline under the same cost model, Varya is 27× faster and cheaper, while remaining close on VBench quality.
