Around 80% of bread in the UK is made with additives & enzymes which speed up the process, at the expense of quality & taste. Our bread is different... Meet the bakers behind it, @authenticbread, who have been hand-making organic bread for 26 years.

Bread as it should be...

For the Authentic Bread Company (hello @AuthenticBread!), baking is a family affair. As the second generation of Davis bakers, hard at work crafting our many-flavoured hot cross buns for another #Easter. SPOILER WARNING: They're incredible! 😍 ow.ly/DdvO50mNSYj
