My accident has left my body completely unable to regulate it’s temperature. On hot days I can only spend tiny amounts of time in the sun.
I’m grateful for every second I get to sit in the sun and I enjoy it more than I ever have in my life.

It's not a dumb question & yes. The surfactant in the wash gel coupled with the action of rubbing your hands together means that, like dirt, the germs get 'rolled up' in the suds & rinsed away. Just remember to dry your hands FULLY on a clean towel. Wash towels at 60°C regularly
