You all have some powerful prayers. Auggie is still in the hospital, but we’re much more hopeful that modern medicine can make him healthy again. Very unlikely that it’s cancer. Please keep up your prayers and good thoughts. Thank you for your tributes of kindness and love.

The Lady Coventina will rise from her course below, said the King, & draw their torn & tattered souls down past the sweet harebells & the glass beads & the rings of jet, down past the soldiers' bones & the luck-worn coins, down into the far earth where all the dark things of this world are buried in the end of ends.

Fireman Jeff Clark rescued a pregnant dog from a house fire in Charlotte, North Carolina. A newspaper photographer noticed the dog in the distance looking at the fireman. He watched as the dog walked towards the fireman and wondered what was she was going to do.
As he raised his camera, the dog, a red Doberman named Cinnamon, came up to the tired fireman who had saved her life (and her unborn babies) and kissed him just as the photographer took this incredible image.

"So my husband tells my son (who has autism) to run in and get a take-out menu from Sun Restaurant. They even practice it in the car beforehand. Then my son goes in and my husband is waiting…and waiting…and waiting…so finally decides to see what’s going on. What’s going on is that my son is at a table, eating. Apparently, he told the hostess “I’m hungry.” So she sat him down and asked what he wanted to eat, and he answered: “beef.” She told her cooks, “hurry, this boy is very hungry,” and made him a beef curry with rice. She said that he was so sweet she was planning on letting him eat for free.

Does your dog circle before lying down?
This is a trait inherited from their ancestor - the wolf! Wolves clear away debris + small critters by circling + digging, which also flattens the area to indicate to other wolves that the territory has been claimed.
