Behind every uniform is a profound personal sacrifice that goes far beyond duty, capturing the harsh reality of children growing without a father and parents burying their sons. The video highlights the heavy burden carried by families left behind, from a home that never feels the same to dreams left unfinished. Remembering the ultimate sacrifice of Capt Abdul Samad Shaheed, Sepoy Shakeel Ahmed Shaheed, Sepoy Muhammad Usman Aziz Shaheed, Sepoy Hamza Shaheed, Maj Husnain Shehzad Humayun Shaheed, Capt Abuzar Farooq Shaheed, and Non-Combatant Ghulam Sajjad Shaheed. It is a permanent reminder of a loss that no salary can ever compensate for and a lifetime of grief for their families.

It will be interesting to see if the IAF adopts a Diverterless Supersonic Inlet (DSI) for their LIFT or retain the traditional splitter plates seen on the Tejas Mk2 models. The LCA Mk2 appears to features a slightly rearward slanted cowl and splitter plate geometry with redesigned channels that route turbulent boundary layer air beneath the fuselage instead of over the wings, a feature on the Mk1 that increased drag. DSI eliminates the need for splitter plates/intake ramps and reduces frontal RCS, a capability which may not be a priority for the LIFT/LCA category as far as the IAF is concerned. As far as the PAF is concerned, a LIFT variant of the JF-17 Bravo appears to be the most tactically and fiscally astute choice to bridge the glaring gap between basic fighter training and operational conversion units. The current fleet of F-7P/FT-7Ps fulfilling the interim lead in fighter training role to bridge lower tech trainers (K8) and modern 4.5 gen fighters, fails to replicate the high tech workflow stacks required for network centric combat (multifunctional displays, multidomain sensor fusion, tactical data links etc), which places a greater training burden on the operational conversion units.
HAL will showcase the updated design of the HLFT-42, Hindustan Lead-In Fighter Trainer during Aero India 2027.
As discussed before, the design has evolved into a mid-wing configuration with design similarities with the LCA AF Mk2, particularly the air intakes. The latest iteration features leading edge root extensions.

A Saudi AH-6i helicopter was downed yesterday by a locally made surface to air missile near Najran, this further proves that Saudi Arabia cannot achieve anything without assistance from Pakistan and Turkey, because it struggles significantly with managing the latest technology independently and failing to utilize it effectively.

A message from the true sons of Afghanistan, the AFF Commandos
Celebrating the first snowfall in the Hindu Kush mountains, Afghanistan Freedom Front commandos take the opportunity to address their people and reaffirm their oath: to protect their fellow citizens, serve their country, and defend it against terrorist threats.
In this video, each speaks in his mother tongue—Farsi, Pashto, Uzbek, or Pashai. They speak different languages, but they share one country, one national identity, and one commitment to their people. They stand united under one front: the Afghanistan Freedom Front.
They renew their pledge to the women and men of Afghanistan, reminding them that their protectors remain active and committed to securing the future of freedom, dignity, and peace they deserve.
These sons of Afghanistan have come together once again to show the world that they will never abandon their people or surrender to those who hold their nation hostage through terror and oppression.
They call on our sisters and brothers to keep hope alive and continue dreaming of a brighter future for themselves and their children.
They are coming back. They are coming to rebuild the Afghan National Army, restore law and order, and serve their people once again.
