Arrived in Trabzon, where running about the tarmac dodging airport traffic seems the norm. 🇹🇷

Some grim songs coming out of the Hearts support today. I was there, it was excruciating and humiliating.
A small, small section of our support as a whole but vocal and well represented today.
Proud to support the club I’ve always loved but get that stuff out. It’s awful.

Lessons hopefully learned.
Understand this is a transition season but the manager also has to understand that, McCart, McEntee in midfield, Kingsley and no proper No.9 should have made it clear we need another window or 2 minimum before we try this in Glasgow against Celtic.

Just going to get in early here. My position on WV won’t change when we ship another 7 on Thursday 🤣
At the end of the day mate there is no right or wrong way to react to today - I should imagine every hearts fan will be angry today and that’s completely justified
As much as I like WV I also accept a couple of doings like that might still be round the corner
But I’m also positive we will be good long term 👍🏻

Full-time in Pilton. A dominant display from the Jambos secures a superb 6-1 victory over Partick Thistle this afternoon.👏🇱🇻

🗣️’I will not put them against a wall or anything like this.’
Hearts manager Wouter Vrancken was frustrated by the errors that marked his side’s embarrassing 7-1 defeat to Celtic but said his team need to take collective responsibility.

'It was a really dumb performance from Hearts' 😬
No holding back from @TEnglishSport on Hearts' display against Celtic.

A naive, embarrassing performance from everyone involved. Vrancken has built up a decent bit of credit in bank, but that 90 minutes pretty much obliterates it.
Cannot play like this against better teams away. Criminal stuff.

A result that hopefully shuts down all external talk of a title charge - a noise we do not need this year.
One of our worst results in recent history. Should be a wake up call for many that they aren't good enough to play this system. And hopefully Vrancken stops being so naive.

Hate to say it but fortunate Celtic played that last 30 minutes at a testimonial pace
Ultimately the players and manager control what happens next
Either this result is allowed to define our season or we learn and move on
No point calling out individuals - that was a collective shit the bed performance

The Heart of Midlothian benevolent fund is working overtime today
Feel for the poor bastards that are through there

Wow. And not a good wow.
Not often you have 56 per cent possession with large spells of control at Celtic Park. But matters for nothing when you create little and defend like… that.
A disastrous 45 minutes at Celtic Park
▪️ Masters of their own downfall
▪️ Passive and lazy defending
▪️ Bright spells but all for nothing
@sked21's first-half thoughts.

That's as embarrassing as it gets for a half of football against a team that are struggling for confidence at the moment. A wake up call for Hearts and where they are, individual errors gifting goals. Hearts should get 3rd this season but they will be no where near the Old Firm
