By existing The State is in breach of contract because it has failed to secure the "consent of the governed" to exist.

Another fundamental difference is a clear obligation on the part of BOTH parties. On the rare occasion that someone tries to identify the state's obligations, it's usually clear very quickly that the state is in breach of this "contract."

🚨🇺🇸 Massie on the Epstein files: If this were a private law firm with just 5% of the DOJ's resources, they would have finished this work before the deadline. They just missed another deadline to report all politicians named in the files, and they're supposed to justify all the redactions they've made.
The bigger problem isn't missing deadlines, but what they're redacting from the documents. They're trying to pretend the Privacy Act overrides a law that explicitly says records cannot be withheld to avoid embarrassment. They're also citing FOIA standards, which don't apply to our law. They're trying to claim they don't have to release internal decisions, even though our bill specifically requires them to do so.

What if we just outlaw murder. Then it won't matter if people have guns.
There is NO AZ Republican who is brave enough to pass gun legislation. Remember this on your ballot. @AZHouseDems @MomsDemand @GIFFORDS_org

Back on 9-16-2026, Surprise had a 'Work Session' on ALPRs due to citizen concerns, yet the program wasn't "suspended" then.
Do you feel differently about privacy now that you know more, also now that there are proven violations under your watch?

Just as @IJ put up their ALPR abuse database, it's already out of date.
Gotta add in the 'Goodyear, AZ' incident that was just disclosed yesterday.
Today, @IJ published a new database tracking abuse of ALPR cameras by police across the country.
The database, which will be routinely updated, currently has more than 140 examples of cops misusing ALPRs.

Tonight should be interesting with Chandler, who is the officer and when are charges going to be filed?
JUST IN: Two sources, including a city councilmember, told FOX 10 that a Chandler police officer who is under investigation for potentially misusing the city's Flock automated license plate reader technology has resigned. fox10phoenix.com/news/chandl…

This a cold and calculated PR operation in action, there is nothing to "trust" about Flock in any way.
Replying to @TaylorLorenz
Flock's PR team is trying to reframe the conversation towards police departments & a 'bad apples' narrative.
And away from Flock themselves.
The core issue is that flock is a private company trying to create a mass surveillance system.
And grow so fast that America can't uninstall them.
Don't take the bait.

Saying "waste, fraud, and abuse" implies that the government's systemic theft of the American people on behalf of a small group close to power is an isolated diversion from what the modern American Federal Government was designed to do. No, this is what it was designed to do.
