The grocery rebate is a complete scam. Firstly, it is the gst credit, renamed to grocery rebate. Nothing new here. A gold painted turd 💩. Second, my parents only got $90.40 for theirs… not the $890 the liberals keep spouting off in question period. My dad called CRA, asked why, they said because he made too much money… my parents are low income since my dad was forced into retirement several years ago because of a vehicle accident. They said they based my parents eligibility on his last year that he worked income…. Not these last 3 years on CPP pension aka poverty… This is disgusting, sickening and pure evil.
