Just pushed new package version:Upgraded to latest RestSharp => no more dependency on Json.NET, also includes fixes from @friism

Integration tests were just checked in containing tests for all create and edit functionality of the #AppHarbor API
The issue regaring not being able to create applications is now resolved! A bug in the #AppHarbor API was fixed by @troethom.

Currently there is a problem creating new applications (only applications), the issue is being debugged with the help of the @AppHarbor team
