Am I the only one who thinks that ward managers are either banded too low on AfC or other roles are banded too highly. Most ward managers are managing 30+ staff, £1m annual budget, accountable 24/7 for 30 patients, long hours. Massive shout out to our clinical leaders in navy.

Staff on the Geddington Ward at @KettGeneral have pulled together a donation of 30 presents to help a county group that supports people in need at Christmas. The presents will go to disadvantaged elderly, disabled and mentally ill people to brighten-up their celebrations #TeamKGH
The gift baskets will go to vulnerable adults, those with disabilities, the elderly and those fleeing from domestic violence. Thinking of others and making a little difference. #sharingiscaring
