I’ve been facing a battle lately I haven’t tweeted in five months, and a lot of people have been asking what’s going on with @ankhlabs Because when you’re not showing up on the TL or running NFT campaigns, people quickly forget about you The truth is, during this time, Ankh Labs has seen the most growth it ever has But as the agency grew, I started dealing with something I don’t think most builders talk about This space is addictive. Business is addictive. And Web3 takes that to another level. To stay ahead, you feel like you need to be online 24/7 — catching every new trend, update, and narrative before anyone else. But that obsession started taking a toll on me personally and it was affecting my ability to be a good father. I felt this constant guilt. Because while I’m working hard to give my son a better future, all he really wants right now… is me, my time, and my attention. So going into 2025, I made a shift. I pulled back a lot and started treating Web3 more like a 9 to 5: - Opened an office in the UK - Flew out two of our managers, @n1ssue and @0xBlest_ - Tried to build some structure, and get my balance back It hasn’t been perfect and it's still a work in progress, but I’m learning that showing up for your family matters just as much as showing up for your business. Maybe more. And now, with a stronger foundation, more structure, and a growing team behind me — I’m finally in a position to build bigger We’ve got some wild campaigns in the pipeline.
