I expect much better from you. First of all, your automated payment system is having issues. Secondly, your agent assumed payment method & charged the wrong card AND assumed amount of payment. That is ludicrous. DO BETTER
@BestBuy @GeekSquad we purchased a home computer system, printer, 2 laptops and numerous TV’s from you. We’ve paid close to $200 yearly for a maintenance program that we rarely use.
For some reason our printer is NOT connecting to our computer to scan. I paid an additional $109.
Just learned that what I thought was a maintenance program is really not a service maintenance program. That’s one issue. I’m gonna cancel our agreement. The second issue is the technician canceled TODAY’s appointment unbeknownst to us.
