This is hugely important for patients with #RLS. “Normal” ferritin does not mean your brain has enough iron. Iron infusions are the foundation for successful treatment of RLS!
This stratified subanalysis found that IV iron therapy is effective in patients with RLS without hepatic iron overload with serum ferritin levels ranging from 100–300 mg/L. bit.ly/3Xxn10v
