Appreciate the kind message. It was a privilege to treat Tom and be part of an innovative medical team dedicated to exploring this new treatment. Hope he is doing well.

In the #memoir I wrote w/ my husband Tom, we share how our #IR @AndrewPicelMD played a pivotal role in saving Tom's life. He was a teamplayer & open to a challenge, & thus became the first IR physician to administer #phagetherapy in the US. ThePerfectPredator.com

Nice example of a prostatic artery with a concerning collateral vessel. After inflation of the microcatheter balloon, the flow was reversed and embolizarion safely performed. Coil embolization and distal catheter positioning are also good options.

The Ol’Loreece foundation’s mission is to increase awareness of men’s health. I presented PAE this week. There was a band, a stand up comic ... and me. It was a great audience with lots of questions. They loved hearing about PAE! @StanfordMed @StanfordRad @Stanford_IR #IRad #pae

Essential component of the core curriculum ... they passed the final!
Yet another skill offered by @Stanford_IR that is hard to find at other IR fellowships/residencies.
