A good workout always creates a nice sense of equilibrium when I first arrive in a travel destination.
Greatly helps to reduce jet lag and the impacts of plane travel.
I was feeling a little depressed/anxious, went out for a 2.5 hour walk, and now I’m feeling 10x better.
Walking in the outdoors is potent medicine.

Whenever I feel overwhelmed with too much to do, I remind myself that 3 hours of focused work is all that's needed to create a sense of peace & accomplishment.
You show what you truly value by what you do consistently, through ups & downs.

I’m a better person after I’ve exercised. Calmer, more patient, more attentive.
Anyone else experience this?
I knew there was a reason why coffee & wine are 2 of my favorite beverages.
1-2 glasses of wine, 2 cups of coffee per day shown to have lowest risk of all-cause mortality.
Tea had longevity benefits as well. Alcohol other than wine was detrimental.
This new study indicates that light to moderate consumption of #wine is associated with decreased all-cause and non-cancer mortality
