President @Zourabichvili_S, standing together with the European opposition: I do not recognize these elections, because recognizing these elections means recognizing the Russian takeover of Georgia, the subordination of Georgia to Russia. There was a total fraud at these elections, which deployed all sorts of known methods as well as new technologies - technologies were used to launder the fraud. It was a Russian special operation and Russian elections, a new level of hybrid warfare. We have been deprived of our constitutional right to elections, and the very concept of elections are now void, because if nothing changes, it’s hard to imagine at all what kind of elections there might be in this country... The President also called this process a new type of Russian conquest. She stated that the European Georgia won and called on Georgia’s Western partners to be clear, to not side with the “illegitimate government” but to be with the people of Georgia instead, for the sake of freedom, democracy, and Europe in the region. She also commented that she will call them not “authorities” but “power.”
