Most people in France can't afford housing.
They didn't blame immigrants, or transgender people, or video games, or avocado toast.
They blame the government. Because that's who's responsible. That's always who's responsible.
There is genuinely nothing more embarrassing than texting someone for the one-time code to login to their streaming service you illegally use and running out of the allotted time to put the code in and then having to double text them for a new code like name one thing worse

24-year-old South Tower employee Welles Crowther calls his mother from the badly-burning 77th floor: “Mom, this is Welles,” he says, with a large amount of interference and commotion heard in the background. “I’m okay.”
