Last year, @thoughtworks entered the #StonewallTop100 for the first time at 91. This year, we've jumped up 38 places to 53rd & I'm bursting with pride! Thanks to everyone for taking collective accountability & making continual improvements to drive LGBTQ+ inclusion! @stonewalluk
Today, we celebrate moving from 314 in 2015 to 53rd, a jump of 261 places. We will not stop here. In the words of our CTO @rebeccaparsons “We are not done yet. Not by a long shot.”
