Why as a postpaid and loyal customer of @DIGICELJamaica I paid for roaming and can't? I hope this don't come on my bill because I'm yet to use the service. I can't connect to t-mobile as you suggested.

I traveled from Denver to Miami then to Jamaica @FlyFrontier @FrontierCare promised my bags will reach Jamaica. CAN I HAVE MY 4 SUITCASE THAT I PAID $550 USD FOR ...... THIS IS BULLSHIT
