Another epic sunrise at Starbase.
"Just add vehicles"
Could be Ship 43 (Flight 16) first, for potential chopstick tests, then Booster 22 (Flight 15), and finally Ship 42, joining forces for a November launch.

Earlier this month, NASA's Kennedy Space Center posted the Draft PEA for SpaceX's expansion of its Roberts Road campus for Starship. This would expand the site from 167 acres to nearly 400 acres, more than doubling the existing footprint at the site.

Production of the new carbon composite forward dome for Neutron’s Stage 1 propellant tank is underway.
Our automated fiber placement (AFP) machine follows a computer-controlled course to lay down thousands of strands of carbon fiber - each thinner than a human hair - at speeds of up to 100 meters per minute to create Stage 1’s structures on custom molds.
Once the AFP machine is finished with the new forward dome it will be rolled out, inspected, then prepared for the curing process to harden the carbon composite.

October is a milestone-packed month for our MIURA 5 program, as we continue turning our launch system into a reality.
Here’s what’s taking shape across the program:
▪️Launcher qualification: MIURA 5 is undergoing system-level qualification, with three units manufactured.
▪️Industrial scale-up: Advancing our production capabilities to accelerate production and prepare for the next phase.
▪️Launch infrastructure: Progressing ground systems, civil works, and launch operations to build the foundations for liftoff.
The road to launch is taking shape. Every milestone advances MIURA 5 towards operational readiness.

NASA has given us lots of information of Starship HLS, this is a very real vehicle with tons of work being put into it.
SpaceX has nearly completed HLS Cabin One, a 1:1 matching of the real flight cabin for astronaut testing operations. SpaceX will likely show off the hardware for it within 2 months (this month is a high contender)
The Artemis III Starship will have its docking system integrated by the end of the year and have its emulator and communications delievered in early 2027, this Ship will perform cryo and static fire tests in Q2 2027.
HLS landing legs to be demonstrated in Q2 of 2027 along with Cabin One's airlock.
Orbital refueling test of Starship set for Q1 of 2027!
Pad LC-37 to be ready in Q1 2027 (already was known)
First Cape and V3 booster reflight in Q4 of 2026, this may mean 3 more flights this year?
Tank pressurization upgrades to SuperHeavy (?)
Uncrewed HLS lannding mission in Q4 2027 with tankers.

Blue Origin's work to restore pad 36A to launch operations remains ongoing, but this week, the company unveiled plans to increase launch cadence with its New Glenn rockets. It aims to fly multiple times per week by the end of the decade.
Watch: youtu.be/lFPQdi3dvnY
Team Blue is building the infrastructure and hardware to meet the mission ahead of us. Take a look at our upper stage manufacturing facility at Rocket Park - it will produce up to 150 upper stages a year to support high launch cadence. This is one piece of a connected system designed to run at rate: manufacturing, integration, launch, recovery, refurbishment, and back to flight. Every step optimized for cadence.

While Blue Origin continues its recovery work at Launch Complex 36A following the explosion in May, it's making multiple infrastructure investments to greatly increase launch cadence following their return to flight with New Glenn.

"Launching at a high cadence requires a connected system - one that manufactures vehicles at scale, prepares customer payloads efficiently, supports reliable launch operations, and quickly returns reusable boosters to service. We are building that system here in Florida." Read more from our Senior Vice President of Operations Ian Richardson. bit.ly/4hRC0xe
