Fort Myers deserves a fighter. Iโ€™ve been working to support community voice for over 2 decades. Iโ€™m ready to put that experience to work for the people of Fort Myers. People first. Data-driven. Family-focused. Vote for me, Cindy Lyn Banyai by November 5. lee.vote/Vote-by-Mail/Vote-bโ€ฆ

According to Supreme Court case TN v. Garner (1985). An officer may use deadly force if the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others. An open rebuke isnโ€™t life threatening.

Women are watching all the vile, disgusting, misogynistic and racist things Trump, JD Vance and Republicans are saying about them. Women are watching Republicans take their rights away. Women are watching Republicans treat them as property. WOMEN. ARE. WATCHING.

John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act (H.R. 4): Passed in the House mostly along party lines with very few, if any, Republican votes. In the Senate, it failed to overcome a Republican filibuster.

For the People Act (H.R. 1): Passed in the House with no Republican support. In the Senate, it faced a filibuster and failed to advance due to unified Republican opposition.

No Sir. Out of the 222 Democratic representatives, who voted on the Medicare for All Act of 2021, 120 Democrats did not co-sponsor the bill. Zero Republicans voted for the bill. That means more Democrats voted for Americans to get Medicare4All than Republicans cared to do so.

I'm watching a Republican operative on TV repeat Donald's lie that "inflation is an all-time high." Inflation is under 3%, which is below the average since World War II. In 1980 inflation was almost 15%, five times the current rate. People need to call out these lies.

Food, energy & interest rates fluctuate with all presidents due to: global supply chain issues, geopolitical tensions, & market dynamics. Inflation rates spiked during both the Bush & Carter years. Biden implemented policies aimed at these issues with the Inflation Reduction Act.

Florida Senate Bill 7066 was signed into law by Governor Ron DeSantis (R) on June 28, 2019. Designed to block Amendment 4. This bill requires felons to pay fees, a (poll tax) resulting from the conviction, before they could regain the right to vote. ballotpedia.org/Florida_Senaโ€ฆ
