The wise Andy Bernard once said, “I wish there was a way to know you’re in the good old days before you’ve actually left them.” 🥹
Having finished as the top two Americans at the '23 Chicago Marathon, '24 U.S. Olympic Trials, Paris Olympics and most recently the '24 New York City Marathon, @_Clayton_Young_ and Conner Mantz are showing no signs of slowing down as America’s top two marathoners. These days are good — really good. 🇺🇸
Through their close friendship with 2016 U.S. Olympian @jwardy21, Clayton Young is making sure to try and enjoy every moment of it.

Create a super simple strength training routine that you can follow. Doesn't need to be complicated or require lots of equipment.
Just something that targets your entire body.
Work it into your weekly routine for great gains!

We’ve got big news: we’re now an official partner of the @pennrelays.
Ask any athlete about Penn Relays and they light up: the Relays is something different. So we couldn’t be more proud to be taking the baton as a partner. See you April 28-30.
