Someone just bought $17.05 million of CoreWeave, $CRWV, calls.
Contract: $85 calls expiring March 19, 2027
Size: 25,000 contracts at about $6.82 each
Swept across exchanges and bought mostly at the ask, a sign of urgency
Volume about 15 times open interest, meaning this is likely a fresh position
Breakeven: about $91.82 by expiration
A separate $10.5 million sweep on the same contract was also followed by a floor trade, adding to the conviction.
It’s the second massive CoreWeave call trade in two days, after a $14.9 million trade in $80 calls yesterday, and comes after JPMorgan said fears about the company’s debt are likely overdone.

Contentious thesis
Inflation is easing under Trump, with underlying price pressures improving beyond headline CPI and gasoline. The Fed remains too restrictive.
As I’ve argued for months, inflation is quietly moderating while growth is quietly accelerating. With the Iran conflict ending, yields retreat, markets shift fully risk-on, and asset prices move higher.
1. Expect choppiness through the midterms. My 2027 S&P 500 target: 10,000.
2. Rates fall and the yield curve normalizes through a bull steepener.
Yields are now falling!
3. Breadth expands. Watch the equal-weight S&P 500.
4. Capital rotates into rate-sensitive areas: financials, housing, real estate, small caps, airlines, rails, and consumer discretionary.
5. High-quality Tech and AI names still have room to run, stock selection now matters.
6. Crypto enters a supercycle.
7. Ignore the noise.

You cant make this shit up.
Nasdaq rejected near $728
News comes where?
Where resistance was
A lot of things are already known but released at key levels. Thats something people need to understand. This is exactly why resistances matter more than they should.
Get over $728 and its game over for bears.
Know this and mark this on your charts.
$QQQ
“Black Monday” got cancelled - as expected.
But let me be clear about where I stand now.
Is this market flat-out bullish? No.
Am I in a rush to deploy cash? Also no.
For me, the next step is simple:
I want to see $QQQ reclaim 728 and $SPY reclaim 774.
We’re sitting in heavy resistance territory. Yes, there are discounts everywhere, but if you’re trading a short-term portfolio, you need the bigger picture to improve before getting aggressive.
If you’re an investor with an 8+ month horizon, that’s different. There’s nothing wrong with slowly scaling into quality names you like.
Key word: scaling.
That’s my plan, and I wanted it posted clearly so there’s no confusion about how I’m approaching this market.

Elon Musk is telling you EXACTLY what to invest in. He said "the value of compute per watt will increase over time, not decrease."
If I had $100,000 to invest in an AI portfolio, I would own these 10 stocks:
$IREN - $27.65 now. Microsoft handed them a $9.7B AI cloud contract. Targeting more than $4B of ARR from 2026 capacity.
$AVGO - $337 now. AI chip revenue up 221% to $16.7B last quarter. Guiding $21.7B next.
$NVDA - $220 now. Data center revenue up 117% to $89B last quarter. Guiding $108B next.
$CRDO - $182 now. Revenue up 115% to $479M last quarter. Optics alone expected to top $600M this fiscal year.
$MRVL - $244 now. Record $2.74B quarter. Targeting $70B to $90B in revenue by fiscal 2031.
$NBIS - $176 now. Revenue up 454% to $582M last quarter. Meta deal worth up to $27B.
$VST - $153 now. 20-year nuclear power deals with Meta for 2,609 MW. Up to 1,200 MW more going to AWS.
$NOK - $9.32 now. AI and cloud sales up 105% last quarter. Nvidia invested $1B for a 2.9% stake.
$AMKR - $44.69 now. $1.5B multi-year advanced packaging deal with Nvidia to expand Amkor's Arizona capacity.

Jensen Huang says a 1 GW AI factory costs ~$50B but could generate ~$40B in annual revenue meaning every month of deployment delays ~$3.3B in potential revenue.
That puts $NVDA new DSX POD into perspective because cutting deployment from 4 months to roughly one month could bring forward over $10B in revenue per GW without needing additional GPUs.

INSANE CALL
Here’s how I saw the warning signs. Save this. It will save you THOUSANDS.
Here’s how to spot a top BEFORE you blow your account.
I posted the warning about memory stocks topping.
Now look at the monthly declines:
$DRAM: −19.95%
$SNDK: −20.94%
$SKHY: −22.45%
1. START WITH THE SECTOR
Everyone was chasing memory stocks.
I checked $DRAM first. The ETF was rejecting major WEEKLY resistance.
That was my warning to stop chasing.
2. CHECK THE LEADERS
$MU, $SNDK and $SKHY were running into resistance too.
When the sector AND its leaders are struggling at the same levels, pay attention.
3. MAKE THE BREAKOUT PROVE ITSELF
Break resistance.
Retest it.
Hold above it.
Until that happens, you’re buying below a level sellers keep defending.
4. WATCH THE DAILY 8/21.
Weekly resistance gives me the warning.
The daily 8 EMA crossing BELOW the 21 EMA confirms the bearish trend in my system.
Then I look for a retest and rejection to enter.
Ride the move lower while the trend holds. Define your risk above the rejection.
The same stocks everyone chased up can become the trades you ride down.
Stop trading stocks in isolation.
Check the sector. Mark the level. Follow the trend.
Wait for my call again. Together we will get RICH.
THIS IS WHY YOU’RE ALWAYS LOSING AT TRADING
Here’s how to stop losing money…
Everyone is chasing memory stocks this week.
But almost nobody is looking at what the ETF is doing.
$DRAM is sitting directly under major WEEKLY supply and rejecting.
That doesn’t mean memory can’t break out.
It means WAIT.
Break the supply.
Retest it.
Hold above it.
Then look for the entry.
Now look at $MU, $SNDK and $SKHY.
Same story.
They’re running into resistance because the entire sector is.
Now compare that to cybersecurity.
$CIBR actually BROKE its weekly level and pushed into new highs.
Even better:
The new weekly candle opened ABOVE the previous week’s close and continued higher.
That’s the momentum I want to follow.
Now look at $CRWD and $PANW.
They’re following the sector.
This is why I keep telling you:
STOP TRADING STOCKS IN ISOLATION.
ETF first.
Find the leader.
Mark the level.
Wait for the break.
Wait for the retest.
Then enter.
The sector will tell you the story before most traders ever see it.

Post all the negative AI related news recently, $SPCX revs beat by 14% w/ AI beating by 19%. Q4 capex guide almost 90% above consensus while Q1 revs guided 57% above. Also $SMCI +pre w/ revs 27% above consensus. My conviction of a near-term AI rally continues to grow.
As I posted on 10/15 on the overall AI trade following the bludgeoning in the Kospi, “The bottom line is even if we have seen THE TOP, the odds based on history are high for at least a short-term rally.”
As opposed to repeating the stats from my 10/15 post on the Kospi (Korean stock market dominated by memory) or this past Sunday on the SOX (semiconductor index), I think the following is worthwhile.
Assume I am wrong about Agentic AI driving infrastructure growth into at least 2027. The funding issues for the neo-clouds, slowing revenue growth at OAI/Anthropic and bi-partisan pushback against datacenters has to be considered.
Assume THE TOP in the AI trade was on 6/22 which was the peak in the SOX. Looking at the performance from the peak of internet bubble on 3/24/00 to its bottom on 10/9/22, the S&P decline was 49% with the SOX down a staggering 83%!
But even during that punishing decline during the bursting of the internet bubble, the S&P saw 7 rallies that averaged 14% each while the SOX using those same dates saw rallies of 28%! During each of those advances most investors wanted to believe we had seen the bottom. The problem was the 8 declines averaged 17% for the S&P and 34% for the SOX.
If I use the more recent decline during the GFC from 10/9/07-3/9/09, the S&P fell 57% while the SOX dropped 66%. But this also had 11 rallies that averaged 10% each for the S&P and 11% for the SOX. The problem was the twelve declines averaged 15% for the S&P and 19% for the SOX using the same dates.
In summary whether you are an AI bull or bear, I do not believe it makes a difference for positioning in the near-term. The AI infrastructure trade by the metrics discussed on 10/15 or 10/18 around the semis looks oversold. In addition, a good bearish investor is open to the idea that they may be early, just wrong or about to have a bear market rally.
Maybe the SpaceX earnings and Super Micro positive pre-announcement today are the trigger to start the next AI related rally regardless of whether we have seen THE TOP or not.
