Starting #Methadone for #OUD is too difficult. In our outpatient bridge clinic (not an OTP) we started administering methadone for opioid #withdrawal under the 72H rule and rapidly linking to OTPs to reduce wait/barriers. We share 1st case @ascp_journal:
