I'm incredibly honored and humbled to step into the role of Head Football Coach at Allen Academy. This is a moment I've dreamed about, and I'm truly grateful.
Looking forward to the future here in Ram Country.

Thank you Nick and KBTX for coming out and covering our game. Let’s keep the momentum going into next week. With the cross town rivals St. Joseph.

Dan Campbell on running more effective meetings.
1. Teach in bursts
2. Make it interactive
3. Keep it simple
4. Be a teacher
In my experience in professional sport, one of the fastest ways to lose players is to waste their time.
There's a reason every year the NFLPA report cards ask players to rate Head Coaches on two things.
1. Openness to feedback
2. Efficiency with time
Both are a signal of respect.
