Future goal: It already accesses my Whoop and workout information. So have it adjust my meals based on workout intensity.
I do a version of this on my OpenClaw agent.
- Set up a dedicated Gmail account that has access to my personal calendar.
- I don't have it order the groceries (I kind of like the break in the week of going to get them).
- Email me a grocery list and recipe ideas for the week.

Honestly, I think the only reason I like the Whoop is I don't want to wear an Apple watch... (I prefer wearing other watches / want to detach from my technology more)
Honestly tend to agree the app experience is ass and I don't get as much insight as I thought I would.
