The sky will go dark like it is 30 minutes before sunrise or 30 minutes after sunset during the moment of totality. (It will probably look something more like this illustrated in the picture).

Kids 12 and under ride fare-free on both BT and GO, and for youths and adults ages 13-64, using PRESTO, your transfer from the GO onto BT is FREE!

Hi @townofoakville can someone use a PRESTO MiWay (Mississauga Transit) monthly bus pass to board the Oakville bus?
Hi @burlontransit @cityburlington what is a "U-Pass"?
Hi @ttchelps can I use a specialty-punched "TTC Zone 3" paper transfer obtained from TTC 52 bus to board a connecting MiWay (Mississauga) or Brampton bus as long it is still valid? It does not mention Brampton Transit there. ttc.ca/Fares-and-passes/Fare…

It should say that customers who have paper transfers from other transit agencies such as Brampton Transit, MiWay and YRT are not eligible for the one-fare program discounts, and will be required to pay a full fare to board TTC. Can your teams look into updating site? @ttchelps
Replying to @AlexScarborugh1 @TTChelps
Also "The One Fare program does not include free transfers between the TTC, MiWay and YRT for customers who pay with cash, tickets, tokens or PRESTO Tickets" should also be updated.

I would like to put my suggestions in to TTC staff to see if they can update transfers webpage "MiWay (in Mississauga) and Brampton Transit will not accept TTC tickets, TTC tokens and TTC paper transfers, except “Zone 3” punched transfers from TTC Route 52 Lawrence." @ttchelps

It should be updated to say "MiWay (in Mississauga) and Brampton Transit will not accept TTC tickets, TTC tokens and TTC paper transfers, except “Zone 3” punched transfers from TTC Route 52 Lawrence." @ttchelps ttc.ca/Fares-and-passes/Fare…

"MiWay (in Mississauga) does not accept TTC tickets, TTC tokens and TTC paper transfers, except “Zone 3” punched transfers from TTC Route 52 Lawrence" should be updated 2/3. @ttchelps
Hi @ttchelps thanks for update the transfers webpage to reflect 1-fare discounts but 1/2
I was just questioning this, if we have 2 kids under age 12 (who rides fare-free on BT) and are travelling with a paying adult, and plan to transfer onto HSR (Hamilton city bus) will my kids get a free transfer onto HSR, or will they need to pay upon boarding HSR? @burlontransit
Hi @cityburlington @BurlONTransit hi BT how are you doing? If we have 2 kids age 6 and 9 years old, and are travelling with a paying adult i.e. parent/caregiver, we use BT 1st and plan to transfer onto HSR, will my kids get free transfer on HSR or will they need to pay HSR fare?
Hi @cityoftoronto @ttchelps do you offer a "U-Pass"? What is a "U-Pass"?

City of Hamilton is also inside the path of totality as well for the total solar eclipse, totality also arrives 3:18pm on Monday April 8, 2024 (if that is the right word). You can also get there by @gotransit.

Hi @townofoakville @oakvilletransit can you explain what does IVR mean in this illustrated X (Twitter) post above?

Thanks for this. What is One Fare? @prestocard @ttchelps
In the future TTC 1-ride, 2-ride and day pass PRESTO tickets should allow a customer to give a 2-hour transfer onto other GTA transit systems as long as they started on the TTC 1st. @ttchelps @metrolinx @prestocard
