Just a heads up for @bramptontransit riders those who pay by contactless credit card. At this time @yrtviva DOES NOT accept payment taps by contactless credit card. If you're transferring to @yrtviva you MUST ask your @bramptontransit bus driver for a printed paper transfer.
Just to clarify everyone, if you're paying by contactless credit card on @bramptontransit you do not need a paper transfer as an electronic transfer (e-transfer) is stored automatically. (THREAD)
However if you are transferring onto @yrtviva bus. You MUST ask your @bramptontransit bus driver for a printed paper transfer as YRT/VIVA buses do not yet accept contactless credit card payments. Keep this paper transfer with you for the duration of the 2-hour transfer window.
What's very amazing with those new @ttchelps streetcars is that the blaring streetcar horns sound like regular car horns which is hard to reconigze. They should update the sound of the streetcar horns and make them more distinctive @tracytongtv @acarterglobal @candace_global

Hi @ttchelps @ttcplanning @ttcdesign @yrtviva just a question here: "Free service on all TTC routes in Toronto between 7 p.m. on December 31, 2022 and 8 a.m. on January 1, 2023" Does this also apply on routes that go north of Steeles Avenue into York Region (Markham) as well?
It should be updated say "Free service on all TTC routes in Toronto (including TTC routes in York Region and Mississauga) between 7 p.m. on December 31, 2022 and 8 a.m. on January 1, 2023" @miwayhelps @citymississauga @yorkregiongovt @yrtviva Can you look into this everyone?

Hi @globalnational @DFriesenGlobal @farahnasser liked the recently relaunched graphics & music package that was rolled out across Global TV's newscasts including Global National. Does anybody know a timeline when the physical background sets will also changeover to the new look?
So a lot of @globalnews viewers have been saying this. We have seen the new graphics and music package rolled out across Global TV's local and national news programming, but when will the physical background sets be changed to the new colours?
The physical background sets still use the blue background colour which is from the previous Global News graphics package dating back to 2013 if this is correct but when will they change in line with the current on-air graphics?
