Taunton Town is delighted to announce the signing of Kane Simpson following his departure from Merthyr Town this summer.
Kane certainly needs no introduction at this level, having achieved consecutive Southern League promotions with Frome Town and Merthyr, recording double figures for both goals and assists in the process. Last season Kane scored 20 goals and assisted 16 times in all competitions for the Welsh outfit.
Speaking to the club for the first time, Kane said:
“I’m delighted to be here. Taunton is a massive club, and I’ve been brought in to score goals and hopefully help get the club back into the National League.”
