It's not that "Rwanda could withdraw", it's that "Rwanda WILL withdraw" its troops from Mozambique, if sustainable funding is not secured for its counter-terrorism operations in Cabo Delgado. We didn't pay hundreds of millions of dollars and our RDF soldiers didn't pay the ultimate sacrifice to stabilize this region, allow IDPs to return home, children to go back to school, businesses to reopen, and mega investments in LNG to resume, just to see our valiant soldiers being constantly questioned, vilified, criticised, blamed or sanctioned by the very countries that greatly benefit from our intervention in Mozambique.
Indeed, we are ready to leave Mozambique, if our work and achievements are not appreciated.
Rwanda has signalled that it could withdraw its troops from Mozambique's Cabo Delgado province, where they are helping to counter deadly insurgent attacks, if the mission was no longer backed by sufficient and predictable external funding. reuters.com/world/africa/rwa…

URGENT APPEAL: End the Siege on Banyamulenge Civilians in #MINEMBWE.
For the umpteenth time, Mahoro Peace Association issues this urgent and heartfelt appeal to the international community, humanitarian organizations, and defenders of human rights to take immediate action against the ongoing military blockade targeting Banyamulenge civilians in South Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo.
On November 11, 2025, during a broadcast on BBC @bbcgahuza, Brigadier General Gaspard Baratuza @baratuza2000 , spokesperson for the Burundian National Defense Force @fdnbbi , publicly confirmed the military’s role in obstructing humanitarian access. His statement, translated from Kirundi, reads:
“We will not allow any movement or food supply into areas controlled by enemies...”
This is not speculation; it is a direct admission of a military-enforced siege. The affected zones include Minembwe, Bijombo, Mikenke…, where thousands of Banyamulenge families are now cut off from food, medicine, and humanitarian aid.
This Means:
1. Intentional starvation of civilians - as a tactic of war.
2. Violation of international humanitarian law, including the Geneva Conventions.
3. Escalation of ethnic persecution and forced displacement.
MPA Demands:
1. Immediate international condemnation of the blockade and its perpetrators.
2. Urgent humanitarian intervention to restore access to aid in the besieged areas.
3. Independent investigation into the role of foreign military forces in South Kivu
4. Protection of Banyamulenge civilians through peacekeeping and monitoring missions
Our Message:
For over two months, Mahoro Peace Association has been calling on the world to recognize and respond to the deliberate starvation and isolation of Banyamulenge civilians.
The recent public confirmation by a Burundian military official only validates what we have been documenting and denouncing.
The world must not stand by while innocent lives are weaponized through hunger and isolation.
We call on the United Nations, African Union, European Union, and regional bodies to act swiftly and decisively.
Silence is complicity.
Delay is deadly. Peace cannot be built on starvation.
#Justice cannot coexist with #siege.

Today in Brussels, Tshisekedi said he never said anything bad to either Rwanda or President Paul Kagame.
This is him literally saying how he is going to declare war to Rwanda. Another clip, he mentions how President Kagame will never sleep in his house but in bushes once he declares war to Rwanda

Tshisekedi must face the ICC for the crimes his Wazalendo militias and army are committing.
Bintou Keita wanted to advance her agenda with President Tshisekedi to allow MONUSCO to continue exploiting minerals in Congo. However, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights couldn’t pass the fact that the FARDC and Wazalendo are killing and raping civilians.
The Wazalendo militia was created by President Tshisekedi.
Tshisekedi should face justice.

Minister Nduhungirehe in New York shushed MONUSCO accordingly 🙌🏾
He said: “In October 2023, an entire village of 300 Congolese Tutsi homes was burned down by militias supported by the DRC in Masisi territory. Where was MONUSCO then? Since February this year, Banyamulenge villages in the south have been bombed with drones and fighter jets from the DRC right where MONUSCO is stationed. This is a problem of governance and political inclusion that we must address.”

According to M23, Kigali is 165 km from Goma airport, meaning that missiles from the Grad rocket launchers or other advanced missile systems of the Congolese army and allies that were captured at Goma airport, pointing toward Rwanda before M23 captured the airport, were capable of destroying Kigali.
They go on to say that artillery was actually fired into Rwandan territory, just 5 km away from the cannons behind me [which have a range of 30km] and other artillery, and these were being guided to their targets by 57 drones.
