Also happy to help and I wouldn’t have had the success I had if it wasn’t for countless mentors! Maybe go to Michael for the interview jokes though, I still don’t have any good ones 😂
Still in shock that I was able to match such an incredible program and return home! Can’t wait to see what the future holds and thank you to everyone who has helped get me here!
We are thrilled to welcome another fantastic class of #radres to @CURadiology!
Blown away by the talks today! Definitely worth a watch of the recording if you missed it. And don’t miss out on tomorrow if you can make it!
And that's a wrap of day 1 of the #WCVIR. Join us later today for a trainee Angio Club (2/13 at 4:00PM PST), and tomorrow (2/14) for several exciting panel discussions - wcvir.splashthat.com

Had an incredible time on my virtual IR elective with @CURadiology, @UCD_IR, @pj_rochon, and @KMSchramm as well as my fellow student @JHowellRads.
Highly recommend the rotation to anyone if their is still room to sign up, it’s an excellent alternative to away rotations this year!
If anyone needs a good book to read, check out the “subtle art of not giving a #@%!” By Mark Manson.
Has helped me at multiple times in medical school take a step back and remember why I wanted to become a doctor in the first place, and to not stress about residency, step, etc
Great read! Something that is not taught in medical school, and the breakdown of service jobs and lack of resources for URM’s is a crucial point I think a lot of people miss
Don't miss this article on healthcare disparities by @pj_rochon
Excited to be on it with you for the next two weeks!

Had a great month with @ShahmanMD at Valleywise IR, highly recommend him to any medical student/resident, he offers an incredible amount of support in and out of the OR and is an inspiring section chief
As an MS4 who is ecstatic to be applying to radiology this year, this is incredibly disheartening to read.
Dear @JACRJournal: how did this get published? Comparing rad extenders to residents is like comparing apples and oranges or paralegals and law students. 🤦♀️ #meded #radres #medtwitter

Personal statement uploaded! Special shoutout to @flourdelisa for all of her incredible edits the past few months. She really helped it come together better then I could have ever imagined!
Excellent Meet and Greet by @ColoradoIR @curadresidents, it was a great addition to do breakout rooms, something I hadn't experienced at a meet and greet yet.
Also was awesome to hear @pj_rochon talk how all of CU faculty and residents are happy to mentor applicants this cycle!
Radiology Program Directors: For those applying IR, will interview days still be combined with DR with virtual interviews, and is it still recommended to apply DR everywhere you apply IR? #radres #futureradres #radtwitter
Thank you to @curadresidents for hosting an awesome Q and A last night, definitely helpful! It was nice to get all of the info with @RustainMorgan as well as have a session with just the residents afterwards
