GOOD. All unofficial indications now show it looks like we've now won this campaign. Energy bills WON'T now rise 20% in April. I'm grateful to all charities who backed us in it.

Disgusting customer service from @hmunitedkingdom today, QR code on my receipt not working so couldn't proce refund. Said it was my fault for paying via Paypal! Manager told me there was no one more senior than her I could speak to, who knew the owner of H&M worked in Romford!
