Never Opt In To LinkedIn Ads Audience Expansion. LinkedIn's ads audience expansion will waste ad budget on irrelevant audiences that fall outside your ICP.

Yes. INFORMATION has been free forever… but people still pay for courses. EXECUTION is becoming free with AI… but people will still pay for services. You can watch any YouTube video on how to lose weight, but people still buy coaches who tell them the exact same stuff. You can read every book on building a business, but people still pay 30k for a mastermind. For some reason, as humans, we just need another human expert to validate our decisions to feel confident in them. There’s just that personal element and comfort of a human to human exchange... Same thing will and has been happening with AI execution. Services will be fine.
the whole internet has been free since like 2005 and people still pay $5k for mentorships every day youtube has every workout on earth and gyms are still full of guys paying personal trainers. you can google every recipe and restaurants still exist lmao nobody was ever paying for information bro they pay for not wasting the next 2 years. for someone who already did it to look at THEIR situation and say "do this, skip that, this part is why you're stuck". for someone they have to answer to when they want to quit on a wednesday. someone who gives them the actual shortcuts ask chatgpt how to get clients and it'll give you the same 10 tips it gives everyone, all of them technically correct, and you'll still be stuck. it has no idea that your offer is the problem and not your content, cuz you dont even know that yourself, so you cant ask it the right question. AI can only give you what you specifically ask for. and even then it's often false. PLUS you dont even know WHAT TO ASK FOR because you dont know it exists. and the more people use AI, the more everyone has the same knowledge and the same results, which makes the guy who actually knows what works in real life worth MORE, not less AI made information free. it made experience expensive -hhh

Mindset content is procrastination & masturbation. Constantly indulging in it does too much harm. A form of gluttony

Prayer becomes effective when it reaches out to others. The charity born of the Holy Spirit is God’s love poured into our hearts: a love that takes shape in a commitment to life and service. This love must become the goal, the way, and the meaning of our lives.

There is a difference between a demand capture offer and demand generation offer. Some people have a demand capture offer and trying selling it with a demand generation mechanism (outbound, meta ads) and wonder why it doesn’t work Different offers can only be certain ways. You can’t just make cold outreach work or make meta ads work for any offer. You’re constrained to how your offer is categorized

Imagine - if instead of lambasting the most successful people in society - the Socialists actually championed abolishing all income tax, radically reducing the size of the wasteful state, and from preventing the state/banks from inflating the money supply; the thing which destroys purchasing power, creates unfair wealth inequality, and exacerbates 'cost of living' issues. Then again, as a great economist once said; ''If the Socialists understood economics, then they wouldn't be Socialists.' I say, some of them do understand, but if they championed the policies that would actually fix the problems they say they want to, then they would lose the ability to wield that power for themselves. Which is actually their real goal.
We're facing potentially very high inflation The proposed changes are inflationary They favour high earners in the biggest cost of living crisis in Europe ...and they are fiscally feckless and irresponsible Housing affordability should be the focus and better grants for solar

Historically, being wealthy and part of the aristocratic class came with high standards of presentation, decorum, aspirational ideals made manifest This modernist take "real wealth is dressing like shit and looking like a slob in public" would have disgusted your ancestors and everything western civilization was built on
The biggest financial flex imaginable is not caring about material status symbols and keeping non-essential spending to the bare minimum. I've seen so many takes about the importance of dressing well (the guy who tells you to wear a suit on an airplace-- lol) or buying the right watch or showing up to an event with an elite whip... All terrible advice The higher NW and liquidity you have... the more slovenly and ridiculous you should appear in your day to day comings and goings.

Calendly costs $160 a year and takes 10 mins to set up And then you never have to worry about it breaking
So I made my own private meeting scheduling / call booking website using Claude (hosted/rendered inside Lovable). It took probably about 6 hours of total dedicated time and about $100 in compute credits. I will never use any other call scheduling service again... ever in my entire life. Why is everyone not doing this? Help me understand. "Mid" SaaS is dead forever. Short it all.

I usually don't mind biz owners sending a dm with an ask, but this one is a real doozy lol

Agency owners will limit their calendar to ‘business hours’ so they can look professional. Meanwhile you just end up losing money. Bc your cost per call is 2x what it should be. I’m telling you: 1 - Open weekends. 2 - Open evenings. Convenience is key. Prospects will not think you’re more ‘cool’ if you close off your schedule lmao.

One of my favorite lessons I’ve learnt from working with smart people: Action produces information. If you’re unsure of what to do, just do anything, even if it’s the wrong thing. This will give you information about what you should actually be doing. Sounds simple on the surface - the hard part is making it part of your every day working process.

There’s nothing more enticing than a customer telling you “if you take good care of me on this project, I know a lot of people I can refer you to”. These types of people will never refer you.
