There are two ways of looking at the midterms, now less than three weeks away.
One is as a simple referendum on the issues and politicians of the day. The other involves a far deeper conflict of visions (as Thomas Sowell puts it): socialism versus capitalism, intrusive versus limited government, and the destruction of time-honored institutions and traditions versus their preservation and renewal.
Rarely in American history have the two parties been so far apart or the choice between them so stark. In brief, Islamist-sympathizing socialism is on the ballot against free-market capitalism and American exceptionalism.

Remember my prediction?
There would be a fracture in Democratic Party?
Here we go: Thirteen moderate Democrats have broken with the Democratic socialists by signing the “Promise to America” pledge.
The pledge strongly supports secure borders, capitalism, and patriotism. Rep. Tom Suozzi is leading the group.
This marks a clear internal split in the Democratic Party and a rejection of the far-left agenda.

I'm a Board Certified anesthesiologist and have been in practice for 24 years. I just learned that the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where I trained has launched a program to increase flu vaccine uptake among children by vaccinating them while under anesthesia.
The program is called "Close your Eyes. We'll Immunize"
This is stunningly irresponsible. Here's why:
Anesthetists are extremely risk avoidant and endeavor to minimize patient exposure to anything which carries potential side effects. This is particularly true of pediatric patients who very often have never been exposed to anesthetic medications. We simply cannot know how an individual child will respond to these drugs for the first time.
Every single medication we administer during an operation can potentially trigger untoward or allergic responses. When this occurs our primary responsibility is to stabilize the patient. Our secondary responsibility is to identify the offending agent. There is absolutely no justification of introducing another agent, in this case a flu vaccine, which carries a risk of harm and contributes nothing to the success of the operation.
Some of the more common side effects of flu vaccines are fever (11-16%) and less commonly, a rash (1%). There is also an non-zero risk of severe allergic reactions and high-grade fevers which can develop over the course of minutes.
What if a child under anesthesia receives a vaccine and develops a rash and/or fever? Is it from the antibiotic that the surgeon requested? Is it from the narcotic? The anxiolytic? The barbiturate?
Anesthetic gases can also (rarely) trigger a life threatening response called Malignant Hyperthermia which commonly presents as a high fever. Without subsequent testing we cannot know which agent was responsible. Most commonly the testing is never done and the child’s record will forever reflect the possibility that some or all of the drugs which were used are responsible for their reaction. This makes future anesthetic care significantly more challenging and will require the use of alternatives which may not be necessary.
Advocating for a flu vaccine while a child is anesthetized reflects the pervasive yet inaccurate attitude among the medical establishment that vaccines are perfectly safe. I simply cannot believe that my mentors would have ever supported this initiative when I was a resident there. Close your eyes indeed.

🚨 GAME CHANGER: The Cook Political Report just shifted the Minnesota Senate race!
Democrat Peggy Flanagan is scrambling as Republican candidate Michele Tafoya surges in fundraising and polling. Minnesota is IN PLAY!
The red wave is building everywhere! 🔴🇺🇸
Here's the reason to vote early in Arizona, especially Maricopa County. If you wait for election day, the Dems and Board of Elections will do everything they can to prevent you from voting.
Get off your butt, get a ballot, and vote.
She's right. If you wait until election day to vote in Maricopa County there's a better than even chance your polling station will be down/closed, or the machines inoperable, lack of ink, or some other issue.
Vote Early! Don't let Maricopa County screw you over.
I don’t care how you get to the polls (early or ED)… just get there!
I’m still advocating vote early. I know.. “the experts” disagree. ED you throw your vote chance to ED sabotage (especially in Maricopa). Wait & those lost/undeliverable ballots get voted for you.
Ones & zeros are being tracked. Packets captured. Every vote creates an artifact.
This is not the same game this election.
Considering the overwhelming message is to “hurry & vote” by those that know how elections are stolen tells me something is in the works.
This is the other reason I am advocating voting early. We have been told EV ballots are being tracked. This information will be used to check against the known fraudulent votes from years passed. The real time checking will facilitate vote challenges. The window is short. Voting early in person with an ID are not the votes we are concerned about.
The pre-cheat is baked in. And with Hegseth blocking the intrusions, we can out vote that pre-baked cheat.
As evidenced by 2020 - voting on ED, if intrusions are not stopped, will not make a difference. They HAD 100% operational control.
They don’t this time.
The important thing is to vote!!
Too big to rig
I think MelK explained why the best

🚨 JUST IN: Arizona Republicans are OVER-PERFORMING their 2022 ballots right now in key Maricopa County and just WON a ballot drop by R+1 point today
Dems were winning previous drops.
Charlie's TPUSA machine has a strong foothold and is GETTING TO WORK, making a big impact in 2026! 🔥
This is a good sign in AZ! KEEP VOTING

MARICOPA COUNTY:
🔴 29,878 (39%)
🔵 28,996 (38%)
🟠 17,688 (23%)
Republicans didn’t accomplish this until just a few days before 2022 election day.
Good signs

I push early voting because 60% of machines in Maricopa County, Arizona, had “errors” on Election Day in 2022.

Just cast my ballot after getting it verified at a Maricopa County voting center!
We need every Arizonan to vote early for Republicans. No waiting, no excuses.
Get to a voting center to drop off your ballot or vote in-person for BIGGS/KERR!

Maricopa County needs to be 100% transparent and straightforward with the people of Arizona. The computers they altered after the election are nothing short of the power to create voted ballots. These systems are clearly critical election infrastructure and why they were modified after the election is exceptionally important. Were these systems tested before the election? If not why not? If so, how did the bug get onto the system? Many unknowns that Maricopa County needs to answer including its personnel policies. It is time for the Board of Supervisors to start providing real answers.

This should be looked at by @FBI, @DHSgov, & @TheJusticeDept.
@realDonaldTrump was just here in Kansas. Maybe a visit to the deep blue county of Johnson is needed.
From a friend regarding voting in Johnson County ks. This is not an isolated incident.
Attention: Very important from a friend in prayer thread.
Below is a forwarded text from one of my prayer threads.
CHECK YOUR BALLOTS...
OR DO PAPER!
I sent an "Open letter to the Johnson County Election Office" today (and sent it to the KC Star editor) stating that when I voted yesterday most of my selections defaulted to the democrat candidates (including my vote for you). I had to go back and change my selections to make sure they were properly captured. I blind copied Pete Mundo on that email.
This morning, I received a text message from my friend Tiffany, who did not know about my experience. She said that the voting machine that she had kept defaulting to Hamilton.
This afternoon I received a text message from Jim Mullinex who knew nothing about my experience or my friend Tiffany's experience. He said that the voting machine that he voted on today kept defaulting to Hamilton.
Something is definitely up with these machines. I asked Pete Mundo to warn his listeners to be very careful to review their ballot before they cast their final ballot.

This is real. Multiple reports to our team that the voting machines in Johnson County are defaulting to the Democrat candidate when selecting a Republican.
If your race gets stolen, are you still going to champion electronic voting, @RealPatProctor?

We are stopping the fraudsters! The Trump administration is putting a price on exposing fraud. A new $25 million whistleblower initiative will reward people who come forward with credible, original information about fraud involving federal programs. The goal is to encourage insiders and ordinary Americans to help investigators uncover fraud and protect taxpayer dollars. @nickshirleyy

A New York billionaire, Michael Bloomberg, put $250,000 into changing Idaho's abortion law. And he isn't even the biggest donor.
I pulled Prop 1's official filing: about $5.8M raised, nearly $2.4M (over 40%) from out of state. The single biggest donor is a $950,000 Washington, D.C. PAC.
Ask why. Vote NO on Prop 1. November 3rd.
