There was a woman named Nia.
She loved in a way that emptied her cup without keeping count. She waited through silences, explained herself too gently, and convinced her heart that understanding was the same as being loved.
He said he cared. But care came in fragments-when it was convenient, when she was already hurting, when she was almost gone.
Nia cried quietly. Not the kind that asks to be saved, but the kind where you finally accept that you’ve been alone in the relationship.
The hardest part wasn’t losing him.
It was realizing she had been holding on to someone who had already let go.
One day, she stopped reaching out. Not because she stopped loving-but because loving him was costing her herself.
She healed slowly. Some days she missed him. Some days she missed who she was before the pain.
And even now, when her chest feels heavy, she knows this truth:
Some people don’t break your heart all at once.
They do it slowly… while you keep hoping.

I really like the way African elders handle pregnancy matters...
They will ask one question; "Do you know this girl...? And the moment you say "yes" No more explanation you are the father 😂

Watching a movie at home is superior to the cinema in every single way. Theaters are loud, dirty, and overpriced. Let cinemas d!e.

Many people think taking antacids will cure an ulcer.
That is not true.
Antacids only reduce stomach acid for a short time. They may ease pain, but they do not heal the ulcer or remove the main cause, especially H. pylori infection or damage from painkillers.
Relying on antacids alone can delay proper treatment and make the ulcer worse.
Ulcers need correct diagnosis and prescribed medication to heal completely.

Drinking water early in the morning is one of the simplest gifts you can give your body.
After hours of sleep, your body wakes up dehydrated. A glass or two of water helps restart digestion, support circulation, flush toxins, and gently wake up your organs before the day begins.
No supplements. No medicine. Just water.
Small habits like this protect your health in quiet but powerful ways.

Reminder: You're not alone. Even the most hated person right now, like Sean Diddy Combs, has someone who loves him. Don't forget that.
Addiction is killing too many people right now—and loneliness is fueling a lot of it.
When you're lonely and feel like no one cares, it's easy to turn to the wrong things to fill the void. But you don't have to stay stuck.
My advice: Get out there. Meet new people. Join groups, talk to friends, laugh, explore—build real connections. Don't let depression or addiction win. You're worth fighting for, and people do care.
Reach out. You're not alone. 💙
