It is (the transitional zone) the only template which is reproducible, therefore it should be considered „gold standard“ for endoscopic deobstruction @AeepThe #AEEP – at Frauenfeld, Switzerland

I think, it is „the template“ - certainly one energy appeals better to one or the other, but: it is , template, reasonable surgical time, hemostasis. If I would not see a place of all 3 #AEEP I would just do one of them. The template is important, the energy source is secondary. In my algorithm : for the anticoagulated and prostatitis #BipolEP, #HoLEP for the big! ones with bipolar fossa “revision”. Same for #ThuLEP @AeepThe – at Kreuzlingen, Switzerland
