I'm getting a sick and tired of people knocking electric cars when they clearly don't know what they're talking about.
I own two top-of-the-range EVs: a Jaguar and a Porsche.
The acceleration is incredible, the handling is superb, and they both look fantastic. Running costs are pennies, maintenance is practically non-existent, and neither has lost a penny in value since I bought ‘em.
Honestly, my only complaint is that if I take a corner a bit too enthusiastically, they fly off the track and disappear under the sofa.

Clint Eastwood formally rejected and returned all of his Oscars to the Academy after the organization refused to define the word "woman" and accepted a nomination for a biological male for best supporting actress.
"I'm standing up for women's rights," said the 93-year-old Hollywood icon. "If it's the last stand I make, then so be it."
The "actress" in question, Joseph "JoJobeans" Barron, was nominated for a small part in the latest Seth Rogen film.
Eastwood says he hopes his protest gets some attention.
