Before GLX, USD.AI ethereum:0x0c1c1c109fe34733fca54b82d7b46b75cfb71f6e was capital-constrained. The loan book could only be as large as deposits. Revenue was net interest margin on what they held the spread between 11.4% loan APR and what they pay sUSDai holders.
With GLX, the same dollar can fund multiple loans per year: originate > season > sell > redeploy. Revenue shifts from margin on a static book to origination fees plus gain on sale on turnover. That's velocity-driven, not balance sheet driven, and it's exactly how TradFi equipment finance and mortgage origination work.
If you think AI is going to go ka-boom you will be able to short compute futures soon. Don't think AI is going ka-boom tho lol

Bloomberg now casually quotes @citrini as standard sell-side research. 👏
There's a new version of this post
DeFi yield coming from music royalties. Royalties are being tokenised, allowing users to buy Royalty PTs backed by real-world cash flows generated from music and IP.
I genuinely believe Pendle PTs are one of the most fascinating and versatile instruments at the intersection of DeFi and TradFi.
Cup and Handle gurus would be screaming to buy ethereum:0x0c1c1c109fe34733fca54b82d7b46b75cfb71f6e , jokes aside I think usd.ai reprices higher very soon
Pretty cool to see this in the @FT.

The volatility is exactly why this market needs benchmarks and derivatives.
