You don't have to be a tactical genius to make a difference as a coach: ▪️Ask about family & home life ▪️Co-create challenging goals ▪️Provide a safe environment ▪️Encourage bravery on the ball ▪️Provide lots of playing time Good coaches change games but the best change lives! – at Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
