I inherited a group of lads, who didn’t want to be a part of a ‘1st team’ and didn’t have the mindset/attitude to be a 1st team player

Lloris for the 1st goal, went with the wrong hand, top hand saves it
Dier for the 3rd, had poor defensive possession and too square

🚫Controversial one🚫 Lately I’ve been seeing so many players with great speed but bad technique & no end product. Speed is certainly an attribute which is almost impossible to defend but you must have the TEK to go with it ‼️
