HUGE announcement! The fantasy turn-based combat #RPG "Labyrinth of the Obsidian Vale" is available on Steam for wish-listing! The game features rich lore, exploration, puzzles, engaging story, spells, tons of enemies and much more!

Could really use some help from the #indiedev community.
I’ve been working on an UE 5 turn-based fantasy RPG #indiegame and had a 3D character artist ghost me near the finish line after months of work. There's nothing usable with what was produced. 😖 Tough setback, but I’m pushing forward.
Looking for a proven 3D character artist who delivers game-ready stylized characters (clean topology, UVs, rigged, engine-ready).
If you’ve worked with someone great, please send them my way!

SO I WAS FUCKING RIGHT! THEY WERE NOT EVEN WORKING ON IT THIS WHOLE FUCKING TIME?!
WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS CLOWN CAR OF A STUDIO?!

We are heartbroken to hear about the passing of our friend, Mackenzie Rowles, Camelworks.
Over the years, Mackenzie has been a source of light and love in our community and a friend to everyone who met him.
Camel, we are thankful for every moment we spent with you at every event, every lunch, and celebration.
You will be missed but you're forever in our memories.

It's so cool to see you guys support authors we cover. Travis deserves all the praise he is getting and because of you guys, authors like him can make more of what they love, thank you.

This legitimately looks terrible to me. Not everything needs to be hyper-realistic. Stylized art between different games makes them memorable.

I 😢 only had a chance to speak with @Camelworks a couple times but he was super nice to me and did it while I was a nobody on YouTube. He treated me like an old friend and that seems to be a theme today. On the gaming side, I hate future gamers won’t know the true force he was.

Today, we share the heartbreaking news that Mackenzie Rowles, known to many of you as “Camelworks”, has passed away.
Together with his family and friends, we recently held a celebration of his life and gave him a final send-off, with his ashes being scattered across the Australian countryside.
I cannot describe the heartache I felt when I was told the news. Mack was my good friend, one of the first people I ever met in the games industry and Bethesda/YouTube community, over 10 years ago. He was the kindest, most welcoming person you could ever have the privilege of knowing. He cared very deeply about those around him - always happy to have a conversation and help you with any problem you were facing, without question. And man, he was just the funniest guy. No matter how you were feeling, he could make you laugh and brighten your day.
Camel’s family has asked for all of you to share your fondest memories of him and remember him for the incredible life he lived. He built an amazing community of over 800 thousand people across his YouTube channels, and we would love to hear how he touched your lives. Please also respect their privacy at this difficult time.
Finally, I would like to show you this video of Mackenzie, which was made for his family and played at his celebration of life service. Many tears were shed when editing this video, and I hope it does his memory justice.
Camel, I cannot help but cry when writing this, but rest in peace my brother. I will spend my days looking for you in Sovngarde and we will share a drink once again.

Camelworks was a major inspiration inspiration in my own life. I have vivid memories of being a teenager, knowing that whenever I saw one of his videos in my subbox, I’d have a good hour or so ahead of me. His content provided as much enjoyment as an episode of my favorite feature-length television at the time. He was a huge influence on my life, work and sleep schedule.
First met him at E3 2018 and had an absolute blast, one of the most welcoming and easiest to get along with dudes in the space.
Wishing his family and friends well.
