Hasn't been 24 hours and you already screwed up...
Wanted to put some thoughts and clarifications out there!
First off, I think healthy skepticism is a good thing. You absolutely SHOULD be questioning things, examining the economics of any business in this space, and properly weighing all types of services out there.
• Level One is a service for people who are interested in making this go from hobby to career. This means it's for people with enough streaming revenue to afford it, or people who work a comfortable day job while pursuing streaming, like I did. If you're just starting out, then Level One (or any management service) is probably not for you. Just use the free info that's out there and see how things go first! Staff is regularly advising folks in support tickets that this isn't for them and to wait a bit before considering paid management/guidance.
• The manager hours for scheduled 1 on 1 meetings are what's limited, but there is a manager sitting in vc for open office hours often. Members can also access them via chat rather than hopping into VC any time.
• Sponsorship deal flow isn't part of this company because I already have a separate, successfully running company to handle sponsorships. For the record, that one's already paid out over half a million to creators (and it doesn't charge any fee to creators). As soon as the platform version of that is ready, Level One members will get early access to it.
• We are not an agency, we are management. I talk about this on stream all the time, please look into what each of those is and does. They aren't the same!
• The price is set to an amount that allows me to pay my managers/staff a fair wage. Many of the people I have on staff would easily cost thousands per month if hired for individual consulting. I want creators who could never afford consultant rates to be able to access that quality somehow, and this is a path toward that. I'll make either very little or nothing from this project in particular, because any extra is going into hiring more staff and increasing the service quality wherever we can.
• If my main goal was to make money for myself, I would just do a couple extra sponsorships and make more than I foresee this project ever being able to make me.
Most of my companies are just me experimenting with different business models to see what options can exist in this space. I just want this service to exist, it doesn't have to be me running it! If anyone else wants to take a swing at offering services to creators in a different way, I wholeheartedly support you doing so.

Note: this actually only exists cause they insisted they weren't a "female vtuber" and therefore didn't have female vtuber privilege in their video where they basically shit on male vtubers and said we suffer no handicaps in this space.
At the end of the day; you look like a girl, you sound like a girl and you act like a girl. The average person is doing too perceive you as a girl and treat you accordingly. The only annoying part is you refused repeatedly to acknowledge that when trying to say you didn't get woman privileges.

As a genderless Vtuber, I get misgendered a lot. 🏳️⚧️
HOWEVER, female vtubers or lgbt+ Vtubers / allies (Male, female, etc) will correct themselves quickly and consistantly.
But, in my own experience, some male vtubers struggle way more and even refuse to correct themselves.
Some of them claim my model is too feminine. Others point at my voice and say it's too hard to remember I'm not female.
I know in most cases it's not done maliciously.
I hope this isn't something most are experiencing...

I know I said I’d never start a Talent company, buuuuut I’m starting a Talent company.
Introducing: Level One Talent
A company with a different business model than your traditional Talent management company.
The goal is to give you all the essentials I would have wanted when I was starting out streaming, but instead of taking a % of your income, it will just be a flat monthly fee. Here’s some of what it offers:

The VTuber space overall is extremely anti-male, and misandrist. People will tell you it isn't. They'll hate you for expressing your experiences. They'll tell you if you just shut up maybe you'll be accepted and liked
The truth is, if you shut up, minimize yourself and make yourself small like they want you too, you'll maybe be tolerated slightly, but you'll pretty much always be under a microscope, dismissed, neglected and not really welcome in many ways
If you're at least honest with yourself you'll still have your dignity. You can stand up for the little guy, or be a source of inspiration for people and stand up for what's right where almost literally no-one else does because they don't want to risk their career standing up against abusers, or norms that deeply take advantage of vulnerable men and boys
I've been blamed for the things I've faced. I've been told to shut up and maybe people will like me, despite literally 5 years giving, and loving endlessly. Years of giving people platforms, support and care when they needed it. Years of being a real friend. Years of being used, abused, neglected and hurt profoundly
Listen to me, don't listen to me, it doesn't really matter. Its up to you. At the end of the day, and this goes to Male and Female VTubers,
Just be yourself.
Don't lie to please people. Don't minimize yourself to be "accepted." Be honest about your experiences. Hold people accountable. Stand up for things that matter. Don't let yourself be abused and used—which will happen a lot. Grow through your trials and tribulations, without losing your heart. Understand that yeah a lot of people are awful, but there are incredible people worth fighting for and finding as well
Stop letting the world tear you down and keep you there, that's what they want and they make a lot of money doing it. Is that really something you want?

Some people are misunderstanding the issue with the Geega thing.
This is basically a scam. They're not offering you anything of value outside of networking for 200 dollars a month.
Not only that, she acknowledged too many people signed up and they might be stretched thin so instead of closing sign-ups, they just increased the price. They're not gonna do the minor bits of help they promised to this who have signed up cause they just can't.

As predicted, the "You can't be Christian and enjoy Mushoku Tensei" posts keep coming in and they're going to keep coming, so I might as well address this now.
There is no Christian moral teaching that dictates that you can only enjoy stories where the characters behave morally.
Depiction within a show is not endorsement.
Enjoying or appreciating a character is not approval of everything that character does.
The presence of fan service does not automatically make an entire work forbidden to Christians, nor does it mean you morally approve of every scene in it. Whether something may cause a near occasion of sin or not depends significantly on the individual person watching.
Stories of moral growth REQUIRE moral failure, and there's certainly no lack of either in this show.
And most importantly:
Truth, goodness and beauty can be recognized even in works that do not represent them perfectly. To reject this is to reject our current human condition altogether. You reject reality.
Human beings are broken, but not devoid of goodness. Art can be ugly and beautiful. Deeply flawed characters can be worth admiration. It is an injustice on our part to not discern this goodness within secular works.
If your standard is that Christians must reject these types of works, then you have confused moral discernment with moral quarantine. You are one step down the path to repeating the firmly unbiblical mistakes of the 1990s Satanic Panic.
At best, these takes stem from people who simply don't understand Christian moral reasoning very well. That's fine; let's talk.
At worst, it comes from a deeply rooted strain of Christian retreatism in American/western culture: one that begins with emotional disgust and then works backward, rewriting Christian morality until “this makes me uncomfortable” becomes “Christians can’t be allowed to enjoy this.”
The latter is a group of people I will not be bowing down to. You've done enough damage, and I will not contribute.
Many of this new generation of Christians will not be bowing down to it.

I'm in an adult visual novel developer discord that unironically has every single one of the "services" listed for free, because we just like exchanging information and helping each other work on things.
This is clearly just designed to get a bunch of money from smaller creators hoping to level up and build connections that they would have gotten hanging out on any other Discord server.
Not going to lie... but I'm going to publicy laugh at this when it crashes and burns and people start complaining that they paid hundreds of bucks for literally nothing.
The more I look at it, the more it looks like a bog standard 'Networking Group' that will quickly turn into a nepo-club.
A bunch of idiots will pay to get in, thinking they'll get to network and collab with the famous people and get growth opportunities... and then realize that none of the bigger people even want to talk to them, the growth opportunities all go to the bigger people and that the information they're paying for can be found with a google search.
As she said herself, she doesn't even have enough managers so what makes you think those managers are going to bother with someone small and not well connected?
In short, this looks like another standard MLM like scam.
Then again... wasn't she more than aware that Vshojo was a sinking ship and didn't even bother warning the people who were joining it that they wouldn't get any support in it? Not her first rodeo.
