(1) This is the reality for many mothers and survivors of #ModernSlavery in the UK. This #MothersDay, our thoughts are with the mothers who are facing the ongoing pain of being separated from their children.

(1) Yesterday, hundreds of us attended parliament for a mass lobby against the government's new #earnedsettlement proposal. These proposals will have a disproportionate impact on survivors of trafficking and modern slavery, and even increase the risk of re-trafficking.

(2) It was wonderful to speak with @Abtisam_Mohamed MP today in parliament against the government’s #EarnedSettlement proposals. We spoke to her about the impact these proposals will have on survivors of trafficking and modern slavery. We want to see these proposals scrapped!
