Many drivers think that fully-comp means they can drive other cars, but many policies only cover you for your own vehicle.
If you do have DOV/DOC, it'll usually just third-party cover & likely won't cover a partners vehicle.

Many uninsured drivers think they only risk a £300 fine, but you could face:
🚗 Vehicle seized & potentially crushed
💸 Unlimited fine
6️⃣ 6 points on your licence
❌ Driving ban
💰 Bills for medical treatment & compensation if you injure someone
Don’t risk it #DriveInsured

Keeping a vehicle that is not being used on private property? Think it doesn't need to be insured?
Well, you're in luck, that's right... as long as you have a valid SORN (Statutory Off Road Notification) issued by the DVLA.

When I was 17, I was caught speeding in a 30 section of the A5. I’ve not done it since. Sgt Andy Cunningham (@StaffsPolice, prob retired) sat me down and very quietly asked me “how would you live with yourself if you killed someone?”
"Education through Enforcement" at the request of residents on the B4057 Gypsy Patch Lane, South Glos.
This is a 30mph limit & during 30 mins in cold & wet conditions 20 drivers were detected well in excess of the limit - 59 mph is selfish & reckless! #Fatal5
