the best part of having a little baby is seeing them discover the world from scratch. the tink tink tink of your spoon against a glass makes them laugh, because how delightful a sound! a canopy of leaves, beautiful as things are the first time you encounter them

You must learn to play dumb in dangerous environments. Ask questions and request clarifications. Never show your intelligence outright. Force the others to overexplain and gather some information before making your move. In the wrong room, being a smartass can end horribly.

MAN UNITED HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE, BUT THE BOARD AND THE MEDIA DECIDED TO DESTROY IT INSTEAD. 🇵🇹🧠

🚨🎙️🔥 Ruben Amorim on BENCHING Cissé after his hat-trick: “I’m NOT going to play someone just because he was really good in the last game.”
“Every game is a different story. I choose players based on what THAT game requires.”
“Cissé needs to be ready to come on — and score another goal.”

🚨🚨MICHAEL CARRICK HISTORY AT MIDDLESBROUGH; (from a Middlesbrough fan)
“In Carrick second season at Middlesbrough, Carrick didn’t win any matches straight 8 games or more.
• Crazy player selections on matchday.
• Carrick was figured out to be a man manager, he believes the players should figure out things on the pitch by themselves and don’t need his coaching.
• Late substitutions and no tactical changes
• Starting players who are out of form and benching in form players.
• Lastly Carrick had very poor in game management and doesn’t adapt as the game goes by.
It’s sad that all these statement made by a Middlesbrough fan is the same thing happening at Manchester United.
The board didnt do their research on Carrick or check his history before employing him. They handed the job to a coach who is tactically not sound and out of depth to coach Manchester United.
