“In Carrick second season at Middlesbrough, Carrick didn’t win any matches straight 8 games or more.
• Crazy player selections on matchday.
• Carrick was figured out to be a man manager, he believes the players should figure out things on the pitch by themselves and don’t need his coaching.
• Late substitutions and no tactical changes
• Starting players who are out of form and benching in form players.
• Lastly Carrick had very poor in game management and doesn’t adapt as the game goes by.
It’s sad that all these statement made by a Middlesbrough fan is the same thing happening at Manchester United.
The board didnt do their research on Carrick or check his history before employing him. They handed the job to a coach who is tactically not sound and out of depth to coach Manchester United.
