California ran out of license plates of the form 1ABC234 so I was curious, how many license plates did we go through?

Okay I MIGHT have found a new way to visually obtain the harmonic mean because I could not find this visual anywhere. Even if it's not new, I'm still really proud of it because it's understandable and valid.

Stop buying more counters. Use the children.Five kids, photographed in every decomposition of 5, posted at eye level all year. Decomposing number is THE conceptual achievement of the early grades (Resnick, 1983), and the body makes it stick. Zero dollars. Huge payoff. Mathematicians are angry at AI solving their problems, and it's easy to dismiss this as gatekeeping. "A proof is a proof. They just want to keep their jobs / prestige / fun !" But I do think mathematicians have a point, and I'll try to explain using old Civilization-style maps

These are math talk cards not Flashcards so when you work with them you are listening to a student’s reasoning.
Replying to @drnickimath
The middle phase is where 1:1 sessions earn their keep, watching a student's reasoning strategy live is the only way to tell if they're ready for recall or still need scaffolding. A flashcard can't see that. What's the clearest tell a kid is still counting, not reasoning?
