If it takes gas, it's too fast for the bike lane💨 Rideables capable of speeds greater than 32 km/h, like mopeds, must stay on the road & out of bike lanes. Using a motorized vehicle on bike lanes or a multi-use path carries a fine. toronto.ca/Rideables

13/ This isn't just about my culture, either. It's about all of the beautiful slices of who we all our that broadens life lenses and builds cultural humility. And all of that is essential to excellent patient care. And excellent everything else. Sigh. acpjournals.org/doi/10.7326/…

OW. But this is a better PSA than any I’ve ever seen from a DOTor NHTSA.
Here's a video I made breaking down this X-Ray of young woman who was in a motor vehicle collision with her feet on the dashboard #FOAMed

Thank you Taddle Creek Family Health Team for meeting with me today at Queen's Park. Taddle Creek serves 20,000 patients in our community. We talked about the urgent need to protect our public health care system so clinics like theirs can continue to provide excellent care to all of its patients. #healthcare #onpli

Good afternoon Twitter, X now lol, it’s been awhile since I’ve posted! The biggest update I have is that I was blessed with the birth of my daughter Sydney Renee on 1/20/24! 🥰 As exciting as this was, I want to share my birth story as it relates to importance of advocacy. – at Philadelphia, PA

#Caregivers provide countless hours of care. Absent the help & support we need from the #HealthSystem it's no surprise that our physical & mental health is suffering. I worry about caregivers who are on brink of despair & how they will manage as Cdn system further deteriorates.

I still cannot figure out why a man completely lacking in intellect, charisma, any type of charm or personality, even a basic understanding of the most important issues, and who has no concern for anyone but himself is premier. @fordnation

If only there had been a message the provincial health folk could have sent out telling people how to prevent airborne illnesses

If I could influence healthcare I’d: 1. Focus huge on home based care! 2. Rally all community supports! 3. Improve healthcare navigation! 4. Support family care teams! 5. Reinforce primary care teams! Only then will over crowded ERs & hospitals be decanted! #Medtwitter

The essence of #PalliativeCare? Truth based care Value driven care Person/family centred Whole person focused Health literacy focused Why is this not mandatory curriculum in medical school? It’s much harder to change medical practice after graduation. #Medtwitter #Meded

School boards need to educate teachers, students, & all staff on what to do when someone has a seizure! My pal Heather Jewell an admin at a Toronto school says her school has already done it! instagram.com/stories/epilep…
